Gaddis Sports Network, INC is the network with different entities of sports such as pickleball, flag rugby, volleyball, hockey, ultimate frisbee and Bowlby.

Our Mission: To provide a fun, safe, and educational atmosphere for all student-athletes. Gaddis Sports Network, INC teaches each student the skills necessary to function in today's competitive world. We encourage the development of our students-athletes through the sport’s five core values of respect, passion, dedication, education, and discipline.

Our program implements designed physical activity and educational plans, equipped with the academic skills necessary for success.

Partnerships: Cleveland Recreations, Cleveland Muny League, CMSD, Metro Nashville Public Schools, Baltimore City Middle Schools, Pittsburgh Public Schools, Richmond Public Schools, Tennessee Charter School Center, Davidson County Juvenile Detention Center, University Settlement and Bailey Heights.

I’m Lamonté Gaddis, a Cleveland-born community curator, devoted father, and serial entrepreneur who believes sport and mentorship transform lives. I’ve founded and led multiple initiatives to build opportunity and belonging for youth and families: Cleveland Rugby League, Nashville Rugby League, The Little Leagues Youth Program, and Paddle Up Pickleball League. I also own Pour Master Concrete & Asphalt, delivering quality work and reliable partnerships in the built environment.
